Calmer Chameleon Labyrinth keychain was created directly in response to a bad panic attack. It’s wild how when you’re spiralling, you can forget all your usual tools and protocols. Nothing works. Our member ended up running into their shower to trace the square tiles just to refocus and to use as a guide for box breathing. It was scary.

It reminded us how important tools like our box breathing keychain and pocket sized labyrinth and tactile keychain can be. We designed these as keychains because you might need them in a moment or panic.

They are equally useful if you're out and about and able to find a minute to meditate, practice gratitude, or breathe deeply. We'll be there for you.
